Welcome to Athena by Bendra. By accessing or using our website, purchasing a product, submitting a custom order, or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. General Conditions
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, prohibited content, pricing errors, or misuse of our services.
2. Products & Custom Creations
Athena by Bendra offers personalized products created using processes including laser engraving, 3D printing, sublimation, and other custom production methods.
Because many items are produced individually, slight differences in color, placement, material texture, engraving appearance, print finish, or other details may occur. These minor variations are part of the production process and are not necessarily considered defects.
Product images are provided for reference. Colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.
3. Personalization & Customer-Submitted Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting an order, including:
- Names, spelling, dates, and wording
- Colors, sizes, styles, and selected options
- Logos, photos, artwork, and uploaded files
- Design placement and customization selections
Athena by Bendra is not responsible for errors contained in information or artwork submitted or approved by the customer.
If a proof, preview, or customization design is provided, customer approval confirms that the design is ready for production.
Once production or customization begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
4. Customer-Supplied Artwork
By submitting a logo, photograph, artwork, design, trademark, or other content, you confirm that you own the material or have permission to use and reproduce it.
You are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not violate another person’s intellectual property or other legal rights.
Athena by Bendra may refuse artwork or customization requests that we reasonably believe are unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate for production.
The quality of the finished product may depend on the resolution and quality of customer-supplied artwork.
5. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, product availability, colors, materials, and options may change without notice.
Custom designs, additional engraving areas, design complexity, optional upgrades, bulk quantities, or special requests may affect final pricing.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-information errors before fulfilling an order.
6. Orders & Payment
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance until payment and order details have been successfully processed.
We may contact you if additional information or clarification is required before production begins.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown where required during checkout.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because many products are personalized or custom-made, sales are generally final once production begins.
Returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Athena by Bendra will be reviewed in accordance with that policy.
8. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Processing times, shipping rates, delivery estimates, tracking information, and missing-package procedures are described in our Shipping Policy.
Shipping carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
9. Third-Party Services
Our website may use services provided by Shopify and other third-party platforms, applications, payment processors, shipping carriers, customization services, or integrations.
Use of those services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable provider.
10. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other website information accurate and current.
Occasional errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them when discovered.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Athena by Bendra will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
