Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your order! Since our items are custom-made or 3D printed in small batches, all sales are final. Please review our policy below:

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at athenabybendra@gmail.com. Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement if approved.

Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered.” If your tracking says delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they’ve been processed or shipped. Please double-check your order before placing it.
