How long do custom orders take?
Production time depends on the product, design complexity, quantity, and customization requested. Personalized items may require additional production time before shipping. If we need more information or approval from you, we’ll contact you before production begins.
Can I change or cancel a personalized order?
Changes or cancellations may be possible before production begins. Once engraving, printing, sublimation, 3D printing, or another customization process has started, the order can no longer be changed or canceled.
Will I see my design before it is made?
For custom orders that require a design proof, we’ll send you a preview for approval before production begins. Some simple personalization options may not require a separate proof. If a proof is provided, please review all spelling, artwork, placement, and details carefully before approving it.
Can I send my own logo, photo, or artwork?
Absolutely! Many of our products can be customized using your own logo, photo, artwork, wording, or design. For the best results, please upload the highest-quality file available. If something needs adjusting before production, we’ll reach out.
Can personalized items be returned?
Because personalized products are made specifically for you, custom items are generally final sale. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.
Do you offer larger quantity or business orders?
Yes! We can accommodate larger quantities for businesses, events, teams, gifts, and special projects. Contact us with the product, quantity, and design you have in mind and we’ll be happy to discuss the options with you.
